Join us for a one-hour virtual presentation with registered dietitian Katie Abbott, MS, RDN, INHC On Feb 27, 2021 from 10 a. m. to 11 a. m.

Katie Abbott will be discussing strategies for eating mindfully while also giving a live demonstration on how to prepare a heart-healthy plant-based superfood smoothie.

There will be a Q&A session after Katie Abbott’s demonstration.

• Easy steps to creating a more plant-based diet
